Melissa Dalton is friendly. She is not loyal. She acts in her best interests.[1]
Background[]
Melissa is described simply by Carson in tandem with Brand as "our captains of industry, representing international commerce."[2] She has been blamed within the Church Electric for the recent issues within the power plants and the blackouts.[1] She initially seems to support Shrue's desire for more humane sacrifices, but ultimately agrees with Cross over Shrue.
